She was predeceased by her grand-parents Moody Davis & Phyllis Wormsley: her sister Leslie Buckland (Karl) and brother Blaine Bachelder.Ī celebration of Kathi’s life will be held in the Spring of 2021. She also leaves her nieces and nephews: Maria, Sarah, Nick, Alec, Sarah, Emilie, Trevor, Becky, Stephanie, Jason, April, Phillis, Keith, Robbie, Whitney and Allyn and many great-nieces and nephews her parent's in-law Kennith and Denise Shaw her brother and sister in law: Jack Shaw (Nancy) and Mary Shaw (Guy) her uncles and aunts: Rollie and Marsha other relatives and many dear friends. Her brothers and sisters: Charles Bachelder, Francis Bachelder and Sheryl Smith. Kathi leaves us all knowing that she helped us become a better person for knowing her.īesides her spouse, Kathi leaves to mourn her children: Nathalie (Martin) her grand-children: Marika Shaw-Roy her little angels: Allyn, Ryan and Heather. One of her many talents was to light a cigarette on the back of a motorcycle going 50 miles an hour with a Bic! Kathi’s presence had a way of making people feel special and protected. She had a passion for animals and was happiest on her horse with friends by her side. Kathi’s door was always open, and she always made us feel like part of her family. Kathi was also the feistiest woman you would ever want to meet. Those who knew Kathi never questioned her moral authority. Kathi was the matriarch of our family and circle of friends. Kathi was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Beloved wife of Terry Shaw and dear daughter of late Allyn Bachelder and the late Elizabeth Davis.
